This Privacy Policy explains how Fantasy Suite, an independent software product developed and operated by Chia-Ho Lin (林家禾), based in Taiwan ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at https://fantasy-suite.com and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. This policy applies to all visitors and users who access or use the Service.

§ 02 // Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• ■ Account information: your email address, used for membership verification, license management, and important notifications
• ■ Device information: used to manage your license's device limit (up to 3 devices active at once).
• ■ IP address: automatically logged for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

Important: By default, the images, tags, and prompts you create within the software are stored only on your local device and are never uploaded to our servers. When you choose to use one of our optional AI-assisted cloud features (Director Engine fusion, Reverse Prompt image analysis, or AI Auto-sort) together with your own Gemini API key, the specific tags, prompt text, or image you submit for that request is relayed through our servers to Google's Gemini API in order to generate the result, and is not stored or retained on our servers afterward. Outside of these optional AI features, our servers handle membership authentication and license management only.

§ 03 // Payment Information

Payment details (such as credit card numbers and billing addresses) are processed and stored directly by our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Our servers never receive, handle, or store your full payment card information. After a purchase is completed, we only receive order confirmation data from Lemon Squeezy (such as the plan purchased, purchase time, and your email address) in order to activate your corresponding software license.

§ 04 // How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• ■ Verify your membership status and device license count
• ■ Send account-related notifications, such as device-change confirmation emails or major service change announcements
• ■ Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
• ■ Comply with applicable legal obligations

§ 05 // How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We only share necessary information with third parties in the following circumstances:

• ■ Service providers: such as Lemon Squeezy (payment processing), Cloudflare (domain and DNS infrastructure), Supabase (membership and device-license database), Resend (transactional notification emails), and Google's Gemini API (processes the tags, prompts, or images you submit only when you actively use an AI-assisted feature with your own API key) that help us operate the Service.
• ■ Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.
• ■ Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

§ 06 // Cookies & Local Storage

This website currently uses browser localStorage to remember your language preference (Traditional Chinese / English). This information is stored only in your local browser and is never transmitted to our servers. This website does not currently use any advertising-tracking or analytics cookies. Should we add such tools in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

§ 07 // Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary — typically for the duration your account remains active, plus a reasonable period afterward as required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
