TERMS OF SERVICE

§ 01 // Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://fantasy-suite.com or the Fantasy Suite software (together, the "Service") operated by Fantasy Suite, an independent software product developed and operated by Chia-Ho Lin (林家禾), based in Taiwan ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

§ 02 // Description of Service

Fantasy Suite is a Windows desktop software tool for AI prompt and tag management, offered under a Free tier, a Pro monthly subscription, and an Infinite one-time (lifetime) license. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

§ 03 // User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for:

• ■ Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• ■ All activity that occurs under your account
• ■ Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

§ 04 // Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we become aware that a user does not meet this requirement, we will terminate their account.

§ 05 // Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including its software, design, features, and branding — is and remains the exclusive property of Fantasy Suite. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Your creative content — including images, tags, and prompts you create or organize using the software — remains entirely your own property at all times. By default, this content is stored only on your local device and is never uploaded to our servers. If you choose to use an optional AI-assisted cloud feature (Director Engine fusion, Reverse Prompt, or AI Auto-sort) with your own Gemini API key, the specific content submitted for that request is relayed through our servers to Google's Gemini API solely to generate the result, and is not stored or retained by us afterward. In all cases, we do not claim any ownership license over your creative content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any reference material you input (including uploaded images) and any prompts or output you generate using the Service do not infringe the intellectual property, trademark, or publicity rights of any third party. The Service is a general-purpose prompt-authoring tool; we do not review, endorse, or guarantee that any particular input or output is non-infringing, and you agree to bear all legal responsibility arising from your use of such content.

§ 06 // Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• ■ In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• ■ To impersonate any person or entity
• ■ To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• ■ To use automated scripts to circumvent license or device-activation limits
• ■ To upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code
• ■ To generate sexually explicit content, content that sexualizes minors, or non-consensual likenesses of real individuals (e.g. deepfakes)
• ■ To knowingly generate content that infringes a third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

§ 07 // Payment Terms

Paid plans are offered in two forms:

• ■ Pro (subscription): billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• ■ Infinite (one-time purchase): a single one-time payment that grants a perpetual license with no recurring charges.

All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Except as described in our Refund Policy, fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers. Failure of a subscription payment may result in suspension of paid features until payment succeeds.

§ 08 // Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

§ 09 // Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantasy Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall Fantasy Suite's total liability to you exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

§ 10 // Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us; unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan.

§ 11 // Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
